How to ask for help relating to your account?
It's important to understand how to properly ask for assistance from the support team.
Step1:
Create a support ticket from your client portal.
Step 2:
Submit a request and a form will open. Fill in the form with as much detail as possible stating your problem.
Step 3:
Attach any screenshots to help the support team understand your problem.
Step 4:
To attach a screenshot use the snipping tool in Windows 10. Use the shortcut '' Windows logo key + shift + S ''

If you think it's a small issue. Look for Live Chat icon in the Client Portal at the bottom of screen.
